I’am pretty new to this, and i think that i got a small issue.
As i imported some products from to Shopify and got them active, i wanted to add every product on the same drag down menu, but unfortunately i’am not finding them here.
There are two possibilities that could have caused the concern you’re currently facing. Your products either still have a draft status or you’re encountering a local issue that can be fixed with local troubleshooting. I recommend checking the status of your products first and changing them to active if needed. You can follow the steps below to do this.
In your Shopify admin, go to Products > All products
Check the Status column and see if the products say Active. If they say Active, skip the next steps and perform the troubleshooting advice in the next section.
If the products say Draft, check the products in question by clicking the checkbox to their left.
Click More actions.
Select Set as active.
Click the Set as active button on the pop-up.
Try linking the product to your menu item again after completing the steps above. If the products still don’t appear then, proceed to perform the troubleshooting below. Please link the product to your menu item after each step.
Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
