This will ensure our team has access to your account to take a closer look at your admin and store settings.

I’m so upset about this whole thing, I work so hard and many hours getting the store together. I’m broke from all the marketing I’ve been doing or I would get expert on staff to help. I’m numb and tired over this just confused about what’s wrong with my store. I was just starting to get more traffic…

I would like to share a few tips to help improve the branding of your store and have customers more easily recognize your brand.
Tip 1: Did you know that you can remove the Powered by Shopify text from your storefront’s footer? Take a look at the screenshot below to locate this text. Once this text is removed, it can improve branding and will look something like this: 2023 Murphysboutique.com. If you’re interested in removing this text, check out our help center resource here.
Tip 2: A second tip I’d like to share is adding a favicon image to your store. Adding a favicon image can increase brand visibility and improve brand recognition when customers navigate to your store.
