Why can't I find my published blogs on my website?

Topic summary

A user published two blog posts but couldn’t locate them on their Shopify storefront despite setting them to visible.

Initial Solutions Provided:

  • Wait 24 hours for posts to appear
  • Create a blog menu via Online Store > Navigation > Main/Footer Menu, linking to blog posts
  • Add blog posts directly through theme customization (Online Store > Theme > Customize)

Resolution for Original Poster:
The navigation menu solution successfully resolved the issue.

Related Issue - Theme Display:
Another user with the Refresh theme wants multiple blogs displayed as tiles (like the demo) rather than a simple list. They successfully created a nested menu structure but the visual presentation differs from the theme demo.

Current Status:

  • Original issue: Resolved
  • Theme display issue: Unresolved - user directed to contact Shopify support directly for theme-specific investigation
  • One additional user reports blogs still not showing (no follow-up details provided)

Note: The difference between “blog” and “blog post” was questioned but not answered in the thread.

Thank you for the help. I have created a header menu namely Blogs and I
have added an individual blog under it as ‘Nestled menu’. However, when I
click on Blogs, it appears like below. It does show both the blogs on the
page.

I checked the Refresh theme demo and it appears different when you click on
the blog menu. Blog menu is nestled under ‘About Us’. When you click on
Blogs, all individual blogs appear on the screen as tiles. See below image.

I would like to have the above view of the scream when consumers click on
Blogs. I hope I have explained it correctly.
