Why can't I find PayPal in my website's supported payment methods?

I try to set up paypal on my website but I couldn’t find Paypal in supported payment method.

I don’t know what’s the problem

In general, if you are looking to active the PayPal Express then you should have an option in the Payments section > under Additional Payment Methods. Similar to the one on the screenshot.
