Why can't I find specific locations in my Debut Theme code?

Hi Community,

When I try to change some codes in specific locations those locations not available in the code section.

As below locations are not in my Debut Them code.

theme.scss theme.scss.liquid

Most of the changes have to do in those locations.

Any idea about this??

In the newer version, these files are replaced by theme.css

that means any codes belong to those locations can be applied to the theme.css
