Why don’t I have the “ad email forward” in my domain settings?

Thank you for your post. Are you using a Shopify-hosted domain? If so, you can follow the steps outlined in this help document to set up email forwarding. If you’re using a different domain host, you would set up email forwarding with that host.

If you are using a Shopify-hosted domain but don’t see the option to set up email forwarding, let me know and I’d be happy to take a closer look with you. If you could share a screenshot of your domain settings page, that would be super helpful.
