Why can't I find the Additional Scripts box in my account?

There is no Additional Script box in my account,

How to find out the same??

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. What you’ve shared is the Additional scripts feature for the order status page. There is no missing feature from your screenshot, this is how you can add scripts and other customizations to the order status page!

There is more information on how customizing the order status page works in our Help Center. I can see from your screenshot that you’ve entered plain text. This won’t work, as in order to add a message to your order status page, you’ll need to follow this advanced tutorial on Order status JavaScript asset.

Note that this is an advanced tutorial that is not supported by Shopify. If you’re not comfortable following this, I recommend hiring a Shopify Expert. Or perhaps another Community user will be able to assist.
