Thanks for getting in touch! Apologies for any confusion here with the alternative payment methods, however you are on the right track in the admin. Just to confirm, are you trying to enable third party payment providers for your store?
Directly on that page you are already on in the admin, if you click on ‘add payment methods’ under the box which says ‘Supported payment methods’, from there you can follow the steps below;

Search and select by payment methods or by provider.

Choose a provider from the search results, and then click Activate.

Enter your account credentials for the provider you chose.

Click Activate to enable the provider.
After you’ve activated an alternative payment method, your customers will be able to use it at checkout. You can also check out the steps for adding these at this link here!

I have the same issue. I am not able to see the alternative payment method. and after adding in supported payment method, the added payment method is not visible while checking out. please give the proper solution.

May I ask which payment method you have tried adding? If you’d like to also share your store’s URL, so I can try checking out and checking if the payment provider appears for me?
How many users are affected? Are customer reporting this, or are you just testing this yourself? Any additional information or screenshots you can provide would be a great help!

I am trying to integrate CoinPayments as a payment provider on my Shopify store, but I am unable to find it in the list of available payment providers. Additionally, I do not see the option to “Add an Alternative Payment Provider” in my Shopify settings.
