Why can't I find the alternative payment option?

Thanks for getting in touch! Apologies for any confusion here with the alternative payment methods, however you are on the right track in the admin. Just to confirm, are you trying to enable third party payment providers for your store?

Directly on that page you are already on in the admin, if you click on ‘add payment methods’ under the box which says ‘Supported payment methods’, from there you can follow the steps below;

  1. Search and select by payment methods or by provider.

  2. Choose a provider from the search results, and then click Activate.

  3. Enter your account credentials for the provider you chose.

  4. Click Activate to enable the provider.

After you’ve activated an alternative payment method, your customers will be able to use it at checkout. You can also check out the steps for adding these at this link here!
