Why can't I find the 'Image with text' section in Edit code on Boundless?

Hi, I have a section available when I customise my site, it’s called “Image with text”.

I want to make some adjustments to this section in Edit code, however it’s nowhere to be found!

Any idea what may have happened here? I already know I haven’t deleted it, and obviously it does exist because I’m able to add this section to my site through Customising.

Section file name is feature-row.liquid – not the most obvious one.
