Why can't I find the Snippet and Section folders in the Celeste theme?

Hi There,

I am new to learning Liquid and shopify. For my learning purposes i am using “Celeste” theme and for some reason I there is no Snippet or sections folder. Is there a setting or wrong with the theme? I looked up on google but it seems like there is no issue like that. So i might be missing something or changed a setting without realising?

Please help, here is the image of the folder structure when clicked on “edit code” on the theme.
