Maybe my fault, I don’t know, but the drop down on this page to choose a template is nowhere to be found. I used it several times a month ago, now gone? I’ve looked everywhere I can think of on the admin side but nothing. Help is appreciated! Thank you

I would be happy to take a closer look at this with you. To get a better understanding of the issue, I’ll ask you a few context gathering questions. Are you having issues viewing the dropdown menu on the top of the theme editor page, or is the menu there but the options are not working? If you are experiencing the latter, are you able to confirm what happens when you click on the Collections menu option? Do you see a section called Default Collection or Create Template?
Also, feel free to share the name of your theme. Are you using a Shopify, third-party, or custom theme?

Hi Mac, thank you a ton for trying to sort this out
- Shopify 2.0 installed mid February, replacing 1.something
- Retina 6.0 updated 2–22-22, replacing 4.something
- Installs went as planned, no error messages.

- I am positive I used it within the last 3 months, but I don’t know if pre-updates or not.
- I opened and reviewed my virgin copy of Retina 6.0 and o drop down there either, so I’m guessing Shopify?
- Apps are legit from the Out of the Sandbox and Shopify
I do have Product page choices
I have these choices or Collection page

I was able to test out Retina version 6.0.1 and the dropdown menu was visible and functional. For our next steps here, I’d suggest installing one of Shopify’s free themes and heading over to the Theme Editor. From there, we can determine if this is an issue specific to your theme file, or your Shopify store.
If the dropdown menu is still missing from your free theme, then the next steps would be to reach out directly to our support team so that we can have our developers take a closer look at your account. You can do so by heading over to our Help Center and creating a support ticket through email, chat, or callback.
If the dropdown menu is working on the free theme, then this seems like it may be specific to your theme file. I suggest reaching out directly to the Out of the Sandbox theme developers to see if they can look into the issue. You can get in touch by following their support page here.

I did not publish either of these test themes, but I looked for the drop down list everywhere I could think of. Nothing.
Mac, This is only my 2nd build on Shopify so is it somehow possible for me to have screwed up something?`I’ve looked at every setting I could think of and I don’t even see an option for me to do anything with the theme editor drop down, so ?

Since you downloaded the Shopify Themes and the dropdown is still missing, I’d definitely suggest reaching out to our support team through our Help Center. From there, this matter will likely be escalated to our developers to investigate. You can also link this thread as you have already shared screenshots and information.
