When I try uploading images for my new products, it keeps loading and can’t be finished. What can I do now?
I had this once - I cleared the Google Chrome browser cached images and files and it then worked.

Are you able to clear the cache and cookies of your browser and try uploading the images again please?
You’ll also want to make sure your image sizes are any size up to 4472 x 4472 px, or 20 megapixels. Here is a help guide from our Shopify Help Centre on Product Images.
However, if the issue continues to persist after clearing your cache and cookies, let me know and we will continue looking into this.

This happens often when the cache is not cleared. Do try after clearing that and also check your image size.
