Why can't I generate a free shipping discount code?

Hello!

So, any time I generate a Free Shipping Code I get this error. "

There is 1 error with this discount:

Discount value can’t be blank

"

I do not see an area to enter “Discount Value”. Additionally, old Free Shipping Codes can be reactivated but as soon as I go to change the discount code itself (for instance changing code “JULY4TH” to “FREESHIPNOW”) it gives me the same error response.

Any ideas on how to clear this?

Hi There,

I am getting the same error message too, and cannot see how to fix it (that’s how I found your question). I have tested the promo and it works, I just can’t save it with an end date today.
