That certainly does not sound ideal! I would recommend following these steps to clear your cache depending on your device and browser from this guide available here. With that being said, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform.
If the issue persists, you can attempt this action on a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
