I’m already turned off by this company. All you want me to do is sign up/sign in! I have questions, I can’t get answers! It keep saying select store. I did that the first time, and you rushing me to sign up. I want to speak to a human and the chat box is repeating the same thing. Been looking now for about 20 mins. Computers cannot do it all. Can’t even get some mole answers! I need another company that does what you do WITH a phone number!! Smh!!
Hi while writing in help AI will chat first and after two questions you will see a option of chat with an advisor in left bottom chat box so click on it and you will be with support agent but you should atleast select your store to communicate properly. @Stormie
