Hi there. Im having issues with installing a theme. I wanted to install this Ride theme, but when I click on ‘‘Try theme’’ it loads, and after that it sends me to my page of themes, but the theme is not there.
And as you can see in the blue section, it just shows that, and nothing happens.
So I tried checking the page with F12 to see if there was any issues, and it shows this error. So I checked if there was a network issue with the shopify servers but they seemed fine, and my store as well. So I have no idea why this is happening. Also I’m using the Starter plan. I also tried other themes, but it has the same issue.
