Why can't I install the Shopify theme CLI 3 on Windows 10?

error: shopify command not found

Hello guys! I’m trying to install shopify > theme CLI 3 in Windows 10 and I have already installed all of the requirements, such as ruby (gem), bundler and nodeJS. Then I run npm install -g @Shopify_77 /cli @Shopify_77 /theme and it looks like every thing installs correctly. I get this

run npm fund for details

However, when I do shopify version I get the error, shopify command not found.

Have you resolved this issue? I’m having the same problem.
