Why can't I install this app on my store?

Hi All,

We created a Shopify App(https://apps.shopify.com/bizwizely-mobile-app) which is live on Shopify App store. Merchants are able to install the app but one of the merchant gave me admin access and since them I am not able to install the app (Merchant is also not able to install the app).

Once I click on Install app, all i can see is blank screen as attached.. URL is below

Can anyone help me here?

If you look at your browser console, you’ll see there’s an error with the Javascript in your HTML. Within your call to createApp you put:

host: new-shree-ram-shop.myshopify.com

Place quotes around the value (e.g. “new-shree-ram-shop.myshopify.com”) and you should be good to go.
