Why can't I lift the suspension? Google Merchant Center

Hi everyone! My webshop is located at https://kilien.at. I run a dropshipping business (perfumes, jewelry, watches) with products sourced from BigBuy. Unfortunately, ever since I moved my webshop from Wix to Shopify, Google has suspended my Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts for ‘misrepresentation.’ Everything was running perfectly fine on Wix, and I had no issues with Google. There was one instance of suspension, but Google automatically lifted it after about two days, explaining it was due to a technical issue (which I didn’t fully understand).

Ever since I switched to Shopify about two months ago, I haven’t been able to resolve the suspension. This has resulted in a significant loss of revenue. All the information in my Merchant Center account is correct, and I’ve reviewed everything multiple times.

If anyone could take a look at my webshop to help identify the issue, that would be great. Or if someone has experienced something similar, what was the solution?

At this point, the Merchant Center is pointing to the Google Ads suspension as the reason for the issue, and Google Ads is pointing to the Merchant Center. Is this an endless loop? Is there any way out of this? I’ve already provided all the necessary details to both Google Ads and Merchant Center, but I never receive a clear explanation of the specific issue from either of them.

Hmm. For example, you have 2 products,

structured data – https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=r6BblIeM8LhBvrHrhzeYzA

and

structured data – https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=BN-IwWPutcXKxz1h0T8DTA

They have different title and price, etc, but they have the same MPN and GTIN as you can see in product snippet in structured data.

I am not sure that this is the cause, but obviously something Google would not like.

On your contact page, make sure to add your business name, address, email, phone number, business hours, social links. (info in the footer should not be looked at as part of the contact page, as it is visible on all pages)

Make sure you have the legal rights to use branded logos from the manufacturer.

Make sure y ou have a description of at least 500 characters, meaning a few paragraps of text, not a bulletpoint: https://kilien.at/products/damenuhr-casio-a158wea-1ef

Make sure to show if the item is in or out stock, not low stock on the product landing page.

You may have more issues, so make sure to check the policies below:

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have found a total of 1,881 products so far that share the same GTIN-Barcode with another product. I noticed that one of them is always the one that is out of stock. So there seems to be a synchronization issue here. I haven’t figured out why this is happening yet. BigBuy automatically unpublishes out-of-stock products, but Shopify keeps them active in the store.

Indeed, several of my products had duplicate barcodes, but I have corrected these issues. However, after multiple attempts, Google sent me a detailed email listing errors that are not present in my webshop. Afterward, I searched for my domain, and I found something surprising. According to Google, my webshop was first indexed 5 years ago (even though my webshop and business have only existed for 4 months). Additionally, some pages are still indexed that have not existed for about 2-3 months, such as old product pages and shipping policies. I reviewed the Search Console and noticed that many pages are indexed or marked as erroneous (5xx errors) that do not belong to my webshop. Could it be that Google is storing an outdated, faulty version of my webshop, which is why it cannot verify the current site, or is it possibly trying to verify a different, non-existent webshop due to an indexing error?

It highlights issues, some of which have never been present on the webshop.

But most likely suspensions, are related to the business model, or low trust signals or missing policy pages.
