Why can't I link Facebook to Shopify due to messaging API permissions?

I was able to solve it, it turns out the page has a hidden ban that can only be seen internally from Meta and therefore they don’t allow integrations. It was solved through Meta Account Management (not Meta Customer Support who cannot access this info). To get an Account Manager you need to have a decent spend on Meta Ads.
