I’m not able to connect my Facebook to my shopify account. It keeps saying it belongs to someone else.

I understand you’re receiving an error message while completing the setup of the Facebook Sales channel within your Shopify admin. In order to connect your Facebook Page to your Shopify account, you must be the admin of the Page and Business Manager.
We have a great community forums post regarding the business page permissions and Facebook troubleshooting. You’ll need to log into your Facebook account and follow the steps and screenshots this forum has outlined to ensure you are both the admin of the Facebook Page and Business Manager.
