I have my previous store where below domain was linked and now that store is inactive so I want to linked that domain on new store but its saying this:

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forum. I appreciate you bringing your question to us here. I understand the importance of being able to continue using your custom domain, so let’s get to the bottom of this.
Typically, we ask that you transfer your domain away from the account before closing the store. Since the account has already been closed, we will need to access the old account to see if the transfer is possible. For that reason, please visit our Help Center. Once you log in to your account you can create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. To do so, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. I’d also love to hear more about your new business! How has everything been going so far? Will you be selling similar products to the ones you sold previously?

There is no option of live chat, email, or callback.

Thanks for getting back to me. If you use the Help Center link and follow these instructions, you should be able to access live support.
Manually type your question/issue in the search bar
Do not click on the search results
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click “Continue” or “Get support” whichever appears

I chatted with them 4 days ago. Than wrote email to them. Is this support from shopify ?
Have I wasted my money as investing on shopify ? They cant change the domain name as its been 4 days ?
