Why can't I locate PayPal as a payment method on my system in Thailand?

I have Shopify Location thailand, I want choose paypal as my payment method. But I can’t find paypal in the system. What should I do?

As per PayPal Thailand Relaunch FAQ resource, if you’re a registered business, there has been no change to the process of transferring your account to PayPal Thailand. If you’re an entrepreneur or sole proprietor, you may continue using your account as usual, including shopping with your PayPal wallet, and to send and receive money with; if it was opened before March 7th, 2021. You’ll need to ensure you are enrolled in the National Digital ID platform in order for PayPal to transfer your account to PayPal Thailand later this year.

PayPal has shared that if your account was opened after March 7th, 2021, they would have emailed you on March 24th, 2022 to assist. I recommend filtering your inbox to locate this email to see if you received it. If you’re unable to locate this email I recommend contacting PayPal support to ensure this is set up for you.
