Why can't I locate the index file on my homepage?

There is a problem in the home page. The whole home page’s margin shows：

margin-bottom: 0 !important;
}
.index-section {
margin-top: 0 !important;
}

I didn’t add it and cannot find the right place. It shows on (index):4337.

It is not in theme.css liquid and not in theme.liquid.

Where is it or how to fix this problem?
