Why can't I locate the pop up in my website theme?

I wanted to remove the pop up I have on my website, but I can’t find it in the code. I am not sure if I used an app (but it doesn’t seem like it since I checked my apps). Please help..

It's the popup at the top part..but it doesn't show on all my devices, this is a screenshot from a friend's device.
