When I enter my password, the login button doesn’t allow me to click it. I’m stuck on this login screen and can’t access my store.

I appreciate you reaching out about this, and I’m happy to lend a hand to make sure you can log in to your store correctly.
To clarify, is this happening on the Shopify mobile app, or the Shopify POS app?
In some cases, issues like this can be tied to the software on the device, or the app, not being fully up to date. With this in mind, it looks like you’re using an iOS device, so please follow these steps to update your device’s software. Once that’s complete, you can follow these steps to check the App Store on your device to see if an update for the app is available, too. If one is offered here, make sure to go ahead and download it.
If the issue still happens after completing those updates, I recommend trying out these steps:
- Using a different device to log in to the Shopify app
- Using the original device, but logging in through a browser window, rather than through the Shopify app
