Hi, I cannot log in to my store all in a sudden. It says “This page isn’t working right now. HTTP ERROR 431”. Please check what the problem is?
Thank you for letting us know what error message you were seeing when trying to sign in. Generally a 431 error will show if your browser has old or outdated cache for the Shopify platform.
You will want to try clearing your cache and cookies and also try signing in through an incognito/private browsing window. If you are able to sign in through either of those methods then we know that this is a browser/cache issue. If you are still not able to sign in, you will want to contact our live support for additional troubleshooting.
