Why can't I log in to my store's admin page due to a secure connection failure?

Hello.

I´m in a bit of a pickle and would appreciate any help to trouble shoot this.

Since a few hours ago I´m unable to log in to my store https://rakunkids.cl thru the backend (admin page) to my store, whenever i try i get the folliwing error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to app.shopify.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

I haven´t change anything besides the product in the last couple of days, the odd thing is that the front end is working. I dont use a hosting instead I go thru cloud flare.

Any help as I mentioned above would be forever appreciated.

Are you still having trouble logging in? Several other stores were experiencing admin access issues on the date you posted this Our developers were able to resolve that issue, so I hope that you’re back in your admin now.

If you’re still unable to login, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  • try another browser or device
  • ensure browsers and operating systems are up to date
  • try another network
