I cannot log into my account. It prompts a reset password which I try and then it says page cannot be found.
It says it’ll send a code to my phone which it never doe. It suggest I log-in to the store to get to the help centre… How can I if I can’t even log on?
There was definitely a billing issue and I wanted to log on to resolve it.
