I have been unable to log into my admin and front site for a whole day, please help!!!

That is unfortunate to hear. I understand how that would be a frightening situation for you.
You said that you have been unable to login for a whole day - have you received any correspondence from us via email which might provide some insight into why this happened? Checking your email inbox, and also spam/junk folders will be a good idea.
What happens when you try to login to your store at Shopify.com? Are you seeing any error messages, or seeing any warnings there that might shed some light on the situation? Also, is the store URL still publicly accessible?
Feel free to share any extra context here, and I would be happy to advise on the best next steps to take.
