Why can't I log into my ecommerce account?

I can’t log into my Shopify account. the recovery codes I am trying don’t seem to be working and I can’t find anyone from customer support to talk to. very disappointed in the customer service

I understand that you’re trying to login to your store however your recovery codes are not working and you’re unable to contact support. Rest assured, I’ll share the best next steps and our support contact options.

In order to regain access to your account you’ll need to contact our Support team via chat, email or scheduling a callback to look into your two-step authentication. Since we are unable to authenticate your account or provide you with account specific information via community forums, our support team will be in the best position to assist further.

To reach our support team and create a support request, head over to our Shopify Help Center. Once you’ve logged into your store from the help center page, you’ll need to enter a topic in the search bar and click Search. On the following page, scroll to the very bottom and click Continue under Get Support. You’ll then be presented with our available contact options.

Please note: Phone callbacks will be available depending on our current contact volume. If you don’t see the “schedule a callback” option, you can check back later to see if it has become available. For a faster response time you can use our live chat option and an advisor will be happy to assist you.
