I am getting problem entering shopify Facebook channel from my business manager, using my Facebook ID. How can I solve the issue?

Are you able to log into your business manager in an incognito browser? Are you receiving an error code when logging in via Shopify’s Facebook channel? If you can share some more details I’d be happy to see how to help here.
As for some troubleshooting in the meantime, try removing the Facebook Channel and reinstalling it.
