Hi , Im having the issue with my store: Feliciastore.myshopify.com.
I set up my email, entered my credit card. Had my store finished
then BOOM, my site was unavailable. Please help me!

If you are still unable to log in, I would suggest clearing your cache and trying to access the admin from your custom URL. This would look like yourstorename.myshopify.com/admin, Then enter the corresponding email address and password.

I have the same issue and I’ve called 4 times waiting an hour each time and nothing has been done to help or allow me my access back. A whole month of my free trial got wasted just waiting after I finished setting everything up
I also am having trouble logging into my store. Please can I have the phone number you called as I cannot get in contact with shopify any other way.
I set up my store “banty rooster boutique” and paid for the monthly subscription and completely set it up. Now when i try to login it says “unable to access banty rooster boutique” and wont let me login to it.

Does the customer facing website load, even if it’s just the coming soon page? If yes, this means that the issue is most likely related to your browser or your cache and cookies. If no, then the store may have been closed by our business operations team and you will want to contact our live support for the next steps.
If the customer facing website loads but you can’t sign in: You will want to clear your browser cache and cookies for all time (Click here for instructions), and also attempt signing in through an incognito window in your browser.
If the customer facing website does not load, you will need to contact our support team for the next steps in this process. To contact our live support please follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support, sign into your store account, search for your issue and use the contact support button at the bottom of the search results to see all our live support options.
