Why can't I log into my online store?

Hi, my store valova-co.myshopify.com hasn’t been active for a while, and now I can’t log back in.

The email that I always used to log in (anna@ethsho.com) is under the domain name that I bought through Shopify - www.ethsho.com (which has recently expired), hence, I can’t receive a ten-digit code. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had an issue logging into your account.

If you no longer have access to your Account Owner email, we can look into sending this to our Accounts team to help you update your email address. Once we have you authenticated, we can look into the expired domain as well.

You mentioned that your account hasn’t been active in a while. If you haven’t been making monthly payments, your account may currently be frozen. If this is the case, to unfreeze your store, you’ll also need to pay the invoice balance after entering your login details.

To help you gain access to your account, I’ve sent an email to the Shopify Community email address. Please respond to that, and we’ll be able to move forward with that process together.
