- I input my email on the login page but I am unable to click to the next page on Google Chrome. I can still access from my phone but all of my designs are on my laptop. Does anyone know how to go about fixing this? Already tried shopname.myshopify route and it still takes me to the same page with the same error.

I’d be happy to help you sort this out today. For starters, can you please describe the error you are seeing? Perhaps you can provide us with a screenshot or video recording of your experience to make sure we don’t miss anything.
I would also like to rule out any local caching errors, so please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
- Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
- Try from a different network connection
At that point, please visit your shop’s log-in page again using the same credentials as your phone. Please keep me posted.
