Why can't I login to my inactive store on Shopify?

I cannot login to one of my stores as its been inactive for over 3 months. The problem is, is that the security code Shopify say they have sent I haven’t received. I cannot find anywhere on Shopify how to either do a live chat or email someone for help. Can anyone help please!
