Why can't I modify the main page using Brooklyn Theme?

Recently, I could not access the “customize” section of the main page.

Our website is locked for login only but usually in the customize interface, we could modify the main page if we just log in using the main account email and password. However, now it just redirects to the log in page constantly and cannot modify our main page.

I do apologize but I am not entirely sure about your issue. Are you able to log in to your account but can’t access the theme editor? Or, are you not able to log in at all?

If your issue is you can’t access the theme editor, you could be logging in via a staff account that doesn’t have theme access. Or, you could be experiencing a cache issue.

First, I recommend clearing your browser cache for all time. Additionally, make sure your device and browser are completely up to date. Once you have completed these steps try to log in again. If you are still unable to access the theme editor please try to log in from a different staff account or the Account Owner login.

If you are not able to log in to your account at all, you will need to reach out to our live support team for assistance. Please visit our Help Center and select ‘Continue without logging in’ to create a support request through live chat. Next, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’
