I am unable to obtain any kind of support as I cannot start a help request…
I’m desperate, payments have stopped working a week ago and I have no way to get assistance, what can I do?

After you logging and select your store, you need to select 1 of the available topics (Starting a store, Account, etc) to navigate to the next page where you can see options at the bottom( live chat, email )
