Hello! I can’t pay my bill due to some bug. As a result my shop can’t accept orders. Please help me ASAP.
When I click “pay” It shows the same error (on the screenshot) and it seems like there’s a problem with a 3d verification (I don’t accept any verification message from the bank). I tried to change the card hoping that this would help, but there was an error message, it said that I tried to add the cards too many times so I should contact the support. That’s what I’m doing now. Thanks for your assistance
UPD: I tried to add PayPal account to use it for payment, the first time it said that it had failed to connect the account, and then told that I had tried to many times etc. (check the screenshot). Please help me! I’m loosing thousands of dollars because of 200$ bill, that you can’t process. That’s ridiculous!
