I can’t print a shipping label an error message comes up telling me enter shipping origin. I have entered the shipping origin in the location setting. i am not sure what more i can do.
With the limited information provided, I can suggest the following:
- Contact Shopify if you are using Shopify Shipping.
- If you are using a shipping app, such as the Multi Carrier Shipping Label app, then contact the respective app developer.
- You can also check with the carrier to see if the shipping from and to addresses are serviceable.
