I did purchased the shipping labels on Shopify but when I click print shipping label, a message popped up says “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. This document tree is shown below. Signature does not match. The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your Google secret key and signing method…” what should I to be able to print it? Please help.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue please report this to our authenticated support channels so that our team can investigate that further.

Could you confirm for me if you are using a third party app or service to create shipping labels or to generate shipping rates in your admin?
I also understand that our standard support may ask for some basic troubleshooting to be done before they can escalate this, this is expected of them and they aren’t able to escalate certain types of issues until they confirm those steps have been done.
If you are able to get a screen recording of the error message, that would be very helpful for our authenticated support team. They can then escalate that to our technical team for further troubleshooting.
