Unfortunately, our Community Team doesn’t have access to your account so would not be able to assist. That being said, you can absolutely reach a live person who can access your account via the Help Center. Simply use the chat bot to request a Support Advisor and you will join the queue.
In the meantime, to ensure your orders are shipped, I recommend using one of your local carriers. For example, if you’re in Canada use Canada Post for the time being.
This is just another botted respone. Shopify Support Advisor tells you the exact same thing.. No one is replying at the email adress given on the error

Having the same issue and got the same bot answer. Having a horrible experience with Shopify so far and will be looking for a new platform to sell off of. Their lack of quality customer service is affecting my customers. This is the worst.
