Why can't I print shipping labels on my ecommerce platform?

I have not been able to print shipping labels for a week. This is the message I receive: "

There’s a problem loading this page

There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later."

I see this has been an issue recently. I cleared my cache and logged out, still not working.

We did experience some admin issues yesterday that may be connected to the error you’re seeing. However, these issues have since been resolved on our end, so it’s possible that this error is still showing up due to a local issue. If this is the case, these types of issues can typically be resolved with a few different troubleshooting steps.

For instance, I know you mentioned that you already cleared your cache, but did you also have a chance to clear the cookies on your browser, too? If not, please give this a try by following these steps.

If the error is still appearing after completing this though, I recommend trying out these additional troubleshooting steps when accessing your Shopify admin:

  • Using a different supported browser, or Chrome Incognito mode
  • Using a different device - like a mobile device, or another computer
  • Resetting your current internet connection, or using a different connection

If those steps don’t help resolve things on your end, please reply back to me here with a screenshot of the exact error you’re seeing, ensuring any store-specific or sensitive details are blocked out. Additionally, feel free to also let me know which specific page, or pages, this error is appearing on in your Shopify admin.

the same has been happening to me! when you check the Shopify status page it says everything is fine however when you click "create shipping label’ that error continues to pop up! did you figure out what the problem was or how to solve it yet?

Did you have a chance to try out any of the troubleshooting methods I suggested above? If not, I do recommend working through those steps, as they may help resolve things.

Here are the specific steps I suggest trying on your end:

  • Using a different supported browser, or Chrome Incognito mode> - Using a different device - like a mobile device, or another computer> - Resetting your current internet connection, or using a different connection

Please also try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
