I cannot buy a label from shopify and sendle through orders like I have in the oast

I understand that you are currently unable to purchase shipping labels from your Shopify Admin as you were in the past. Are you receiving some sort of error message? If so, please provide some more context and I’d be happy to take a closer look.
To provide some additional information, If you’re shipping from a location in Australia, then you should be able to buy Shopify Shipping labels from Sendle. The shipping rates that you are charged are based on Shopify’s account with Sendle. You can learn more about this via our help document.
