I can’t seem to purchase a shipping label today, does anyone know why that might be? This is the error message I received. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for getting in touch. Earlier today Shopify experienced some downtime which affected numerous parts of the Shopify admin. While this downtime didn’t directly affect shipping label purchases it may indeed be related, and as the issue is now resolved I would recommend trying to complete a label purchase again to see if it now goes through.
If not, we’ll need to authenticate you on the store and do some further troubleshooting. This can happen for a number of reasons but our support team should be able to help diagnose the issue, so I would recommend contacting them directly to get assistance with this.
