Why can't I purchase items on AliExpress using Dsers?

Hello, everytime I go to buy something from an aliexpress supplier through my dsers account it keeps saying ‘Sorry, some items are not available. Please edit your order’.

This is happening with every product with every different supplier so something is clearly wrong.

Can anyone help please?

I appreciate the fact that this is preventing you from placing orders for your customers and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

There could be several reasons for this kind of issue. For example, the supplier may have changed some SKU info, or the item is no longer available on AliExpres. You can see a complete list of reasons why orders can fail here.

However, you mentioned this happens with any supplier or product. I would recommend checking if any solutions in the DSers guide help first. If not, it’s best to get in touch with the app support team as this is a third-party app. You can send an email at support@dserspro.com.

Many thanks for your reply. It has been happening with all suppliers, I only order from suppliers with 95% or above with positive feedback. I’ve contacted the suppliers direct in Ali messages and they are fully functioning so I’m not sure what is happening
