I cannot purchase shipping labels any longer thru Shopify. I used to be able to order shipping labels, pay for them and print them but now I cannot. I have cleared my cache and cookies and still cannot purchase labels. Normally, after I select the weight of my products, I would be able to purchase a shipping label, but now nothing populates in that field that will allow me to purchase a shipping label. Please HELP ASAP!

Are you still experiencing this issue with purchasing shipping labels on the Shopify platform? If so, could you attempt to use a separate browser when trying to purchase the shipping labels? As for example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
