Why can't I reach customer service for my store migration issues?

I am frustrated. When I was migrating my store to Shopify, I was able to chat with customer service. Now I am having issues with the migration and receiving pop ups that is preventing me from launching my site and I am unable to contact customer service via chat. The chat button doesn’t exist when I search. The only option I receive is Email and Community. I have sent emails but it takes 2 or more days to receive a reply and how am I suppose to go back and forth to resolve my issue via email. That adds days oppose to minutes or hours. This issue has been going on for many days and I just want a resolution. HELP!
