Hi, @Haqasad .
I took a look at your domain’s DNS settings via a public domain checker website here. We can see that while there is an A record present, the A record is currently only present for your subdomain (the domain with the www) and not your root domain (your domain without the www). Because of this, you’ll need to navigate to your domain’s DNS settings and add an A record to your root domain to point it to Shopify’s IP, as explained in this guide.
Please note that any updates to a domain settings can take up to 48 hours to propagate across the internet. This isn’t something that is controlled by Shopify, but is something that occurs for servers worldwide. So keep in mind that oftentimes, if it hasn’t been 48 hours since your domain settings were updated, you’ll need to wait so that we can properly determine whether or not the connection was successful.
Let me know how this goes!
And while we’re on the topic of domains, and once you’ve resolved your domain issues, have you thought about setting up a custom domain email address? This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen your brand’s trust with prospective customers. While Shopify doesn’t currently offer email hosting natively on our platform, if you’re just starting out, a popular choice to help with setting up your custom email address is Zoho Mail. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting your custom email.
Hi Kimi,
Thanks for your reply, I will try this now.
I have not considered this, but that is a great idea. I’ll try it out. Thanks!

My pleasure, @Haqasad !
I’ve tried accessing your website again and can now see that it’s working as expected, so I’m glad to see that your domain issues have now been resolved.
